Summary

Today, Tom Bilyeu continues our Skills Series, as he shares his story of how he overcoming a fixed mindset was crucial to his growth and progress.

Find out how the transition from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset allows you to become capable of the impossible. If you have a growth mindset, you recognize that you can acquire and learn the skills you lack. Instead of dwelling on your mistakes, the advantage of being antifragile allows you to become stronger with more challenges and adversities you face. From this perspective, more criticisms and mistakes entail more chances for improvement and getting better.

Thus, being antifragile allows you to transcend your self-imposed limitations and concentrate only on your ability to get better.
