Summary

Today, Brian Tracy illustrates the influential and life-changing power of solitude. Importantly, he points out that for most people the very thought of solitude makes them feel uncomfortable. Yet, Brian contends that solitude throughout the ages is the key to directly access the power of your subconscious mind.

At first, going into silence is going to be utterly uncomfortable. There will be many distractions and unease before achieving a serene and calm mind. But when the mind is in a state of clarity, ideas will start to flow into you naturally.

In sum, Brian highlights that great insights come from the superconscious mind. And the way to your superconscious mind is going into silence or solitude.

0:37.8

we've got Brian Tracy back on the show. He's going to talk about how to

0:43.5

activate your super conscious mind. There are many people talking about the

0:48.4

super conscious mind. Typically we hear conscious and subconscious mind. Now the

0:53.6

super conscious mind is your seat of intuition, of ideas, of problem solving

1:01.4

solution. Typically when someone has a problem they usually get a little

frantic, they get a little stressed and when you're frantic and stressed and

very emotional you get into what's called a high beta brain wave state. When

1:14.7

you're in this brain wave state you actually shut down your brain's ability to

1:19.8

create solutions and you shut down your ability to get those intuitions and

those ideas that you need in order to solve the problem. So Brian's going to talk

about doing something I do every single day which is to go to your quiet

to call it just get quiet, just get silent and what you find is when you get

calm what bubbles up are those ideas and the solutions you need for the

problems you have to solve. Brian Tracy coming up. Now activating the super

1:59.9

conscious mind, this is what we do. A, the master method of activation of the

2:04.2

super conscious mind is solitude. Most people have never spent an hour in solitude

2:09.6

in their entire lives. Very thought of doing it makes them very uncomfortable

2:13.2

and yet solitude throughout the ages is the most powerful way to tune directly

into this massive mind and literally main line ideas and information from the
