And as you might know, I was a 100% raw foodist from about 2002 to 2004 and I was running raw food prep

classes in New York and in California and I was a chef in a couple different restaurants and really you know of all the lifestyle choices I've made in my life sense my year spent as a raw foodist were the most profound and transformative so I love talking about raw food and teaching people about raw food and what we're going to be covering today is some really exciting nutritional concepts and my goal with this class is to leave you with maybe two or three actionable ideas because you know

you can learn all these things about diet and nutrition but what really counts is what you put

into place in your life right away.

So you know, whether you're already experimenting with raw food or

if you're a meat and potatoes person who has no interest in vegetarianism or

veganism or raw foodism, everyone can get tremendous health benefits
