It is motivation Monday, but we're doing something a little bit different today.

You see our feature speaker isn't a less brown or a Tony Robbins or at least

a nickels.

It's actually one of my favorite actors of all time, Mr. Denzel Washington.

This clip is from his commencement address at the University of Pennsylvania several years ago.

And it's probably not going to motivate you in a typical Monday motivation clip.

It's probably not going to motivate you to, you know, want to stand up and clap.

But I think it's going to motivate a lot of listeners in a different way.

I think it's going to motivate you to make a decision.

I think it's going to motivate you to come to a realization.

And that realization, that decision is a decision that it's okay to fail.

That failure is part of the process that failure is unavoidable.

You're going to have to fail.

You know, a couple months ago, we had Steve Harvey on the show.

And he talked about jumping, about taking that lip.

And Steve said, when you jump that first time you jump, you're not going to fly.

You're not going to soar.

You're going to fall.
