Today I’m talking with Sonal Bahl, an experienced HR Director, and a Career Strategist. Over the course of nearly two decades in human resources, screening over 250,000 resumes and conducting over 5,000 interviews on three continents, she has recruited, built, and evolved highly talented teams.
