Summary

The past few weeks have been incredibly heavy for the world, especially for the black community. Like me, you've probably been listening, learning, and taking a deep look at how you and your business can play a part in creating change.

The Powerhouse Women community will always be a place where we can have real and honest conversations, even when they may be tough conversations. So instead of a solo podcast this week I wanted you to hear from four dynamic women in our community--Des Dickerson, Alex Bradberry, Monique Bryan, and Sara Maria. This is the replay of a conversation we had on our weekly Zoom connection call about how businesses and individuals are stepping up to help end racial injustice. Not just right now, but more importantly--how we can keep the momentum going and be a part of real and lasting change even when it's not a trending topic in the media.

In this episode we talk about:

How businesses and individuals are stepping up to help end racial injustice

How we can keep the momentum going within our community

How to be a part of real and lasting change even when it's not a trending topic in the media
