In this solo episode, Heather opens up about navigating life in a multigenerational home while protecting her identity, energy, and emotional health along the way.

Listen in as she shares:

🩶 How she uses family triggers as portals for healing, not self-abandonment

🩶 The mindset shift that helped her stop carrying what isn't hers

🩶 Her most powerful boundary and routine practices in this demanding season
