We're currently transitioning into an Aries full moon, so I brought my friend Samantha Kane on to talk about just that. I met Samantha at a mastermind event in Austin a couple of weeks ago, and we connected right away. We bonded over all things Astrology and spirituality, and based on the last astrology-centric episode, you're going to LOVE this one too. Samantha is an astrologer, a spiritual coach, and a reiki master teacher. Today, we're diving into what this Aries full moon means, easy full moon rituals, the differences between full and new moons, how to start your own spiritual practice in easy, low pressure ways, how the physical and chakra bodies are connected, and allllll sorts of other juicy goods. Hello everyone and welcome back to Embody Radio, I am your host Emily Duncan.

This is typically where I do my brief spiel on myself, you know, hey, I'm a fitness coach,

I run a coaching company, I do the Influencery stuff, I host the podcast, all of that.

But I am tired today, recording the syndrome, so I'm not going to do that.

I took a break from the podcast last week because I honestly just, I needed it, you know,

after traveling for the last month straight, which was such a blast, but it was exhausting,

and I'm experiencing the calm down from that, and what as a coach, I refer to as a stress

hangover, so a lot of times I see this with clients, and now I'm seeing it with myself.

When we've had a lot of stress, we can almost like ride the wave of it, and then when we have

the chance to decompress, it's like our bodies just go, and so I am feeling that.

I'm really proud of how well my mind and body did, given the context of being out of my regular

routine for that long, and then last week, and this week I focused on just really trying to honor

myself and my needs with being back home, you know, lots of quiet, lots of routine, lots of cozy

nights on the balcony, just watching the sky, just lots of normal, in wow, normal has felt so good.

I'm definitely still on kind of the bottom half of the cusp of tiredness, if you will, so I'm still

definitely on that like downslope of tiredness, of fatigue, of just feeling a bit yorish, if you will,

as I get back into my regular routine, but we are on the come up, I think, thank goodness.

I'm now something that has been a godsend coming home and trying to get back to normal,

while also dealing with, you know, the post-travel fatigue has been cured nutrition's new euphoria

elixirs. Whoo, these bad mammajamas are a great alternative to energy drinks. Let's face it,

we are a fairly caffeine dependent society. I'd say we are not just dependent, but we are downright

addicted in many cases, and our adrenal glands do not love this, so insert cured euphoria elixirs.
