| 0:57.4 | And in order for that to be true, the very first step is to make a list of what you would love |
| 1:03.5 | to achieve before the next January 1st. So let's imagine that you were here a year ago, and you made a list of, here are my goals for the new year, and January 1st rolled around, and what did you do? |
