Former President Donald Trump is on the stand today giving testimony in the civil trial

that could help decide the fate of his business empire in New York.

It's the first time he's answering questions under oath in public

about the fraud allegations at the center of the New York attorney general's

$250 million lawsuit.

Trump maintains he did nothing wrong and believes this trial is a political witch hunt.

Here he was outside the courtroom before his testimony.

It's a very unfair situation.

This is really election interference. It's all of it is.

His trial is ridiculous. The numbers are much greater than on the financial statement.

A judge has already found Trump, his sons, and his business liable for fraudulently inflating the value of his assets and his net worth in order to get better loans.

The judge will now decide how much they'll have to pay up.
