Wednesday, May 29th. Seven men and five women are deliberating whether

former President Donald Trump is guilty of 34 counts of falsifying business records related to an alleged illegal scheme over a hush money payment.

If the jury decides he is, Trump could face up to 20 years in prison and will become the first

former president in US history to be convicted of a crime. If they decide he

isn't, he'll be cleared of all

34 counts Trump is facing and what exactly the law says.

The judge said the jurors can disregard witness testimony that they think was

intentionally false and that they can't rely on Star witness testimony

and that they can't rely on Star witness Michael Cohen's testimony alone to find

Trump guilty because he was an accomplice.

But the judge also said that if the jury finds a crime has been committed, they also must find that Trump committed a crime.

Global outrage over Israel's air strike on a camp for displaced Palestinians on Sunday has intensified.

But White House National Security Official John Kirby says the US won't change its policy
