Three days from now, President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump will face off in the first 2024 presidential debate.

They'll make their case to voters on CNN with less than five months to go until the

election and both candidates are preparing in different ways.

CNN's Arlet Signs has more on President Biden's prep at Camp David.

Campaign advisors say that the president is preparing for all scenarios of the

different types of Trump that could appear on the debate stage with one senior

advisor saying there's a real possibility there could be a disciplined Trump in

that Atlanta studio as they prepare to debate on Thursday.

As for Trump, CNN's Elena Trine says the former president and his surrogates have

been changing their tune a bit on Biden.

For months now, Donald Trump himself, but also his team, have mocked Joe Biden's mental and

physical fitness. They've tried to paint him as a senile candidate. The problem

with their criticisms is that they're setting a low bar for him on the debate

stage and so we're kind of seeing them try to change that rhetoric and tell

America that this is going to be a worthy fight between the two.

The Supreme Court says it will consider whether a Tennessee law banning gender-affirming

health care for transgender minors violates the Constitution.

It's the first time the court will delve into the complicated and politically

fraud issue. CNN's Devon Cole has more.

So Krista, the Tennessee law the justices are looking at specifically bans hormone

therapy and puberty blockers for minors and it imposes civil penalties for doctors who violate the provisions.
