Small town is a weird thing for us to do.

We don't know anything about small towns.

Well, we know about small town and romance, and that's what counts Sarah.

Last week someone tweeted was like, we loved your sports rant, Sarah. Can more people, can you

have more, can you rant more? And I was like, you haven't seen our text messages you guys which is probably a good thing

but okay it's small town week and you've got two city girls come to from from our very

urban centers talking about small town and small town idle and why we love small towns so much in

romance. Well because you know what okay remember cheers the theme so the theme show for the theme song, I can make words, I promise.

Wouldn't you like to get away? Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name. Yeah, I think that's the key to

small town romance is it's both the promise of it is that it's people who really

know you but that's also it's like the greatest part about it is also the

downside right because the people that have known you, they maybe think they know you

and they don't, or they've known you forever and you've changed. And so the, I think one of the

built-in tensions of small-town romances is how to navigate like the other people in the

world who have an opinion about what's going on as opposed to like really what could be the anonymity of a city.
