In South Korea. In South Korea, protesters out in force for a second day marching to the presidential palace in Seoul,

calling on President Yun Suk Yul to resign, and some members of parliament agree.

An official in parliament heard there announcing a motion to impeach the president.

I came one day after Yun declared emergency martial law because he said pro-communist forces sympathetic to North Korea had infiltrated parliament.

But lawmakers swiftly voted 190 to zero to force Eun to rescind that declaration, which he did.

And in Washington, Secretary of State, Tony Blinken, said the U.S. government welcomed

Yun's statement withdrawing that order.
