Ah, this one is absolutely delightful. All right, Caleb Phillips, 46 years old, was arrested on failure to appear.

And this happened to be a failure to appear on a DUI charge.

He was released because obviously I'm not going to keep people with no bail on a DUI

and it's told to

come back or he's not kept on a no bail. So, you know, he gives bail and when you, you know, write a

check for bail or you put up bail, you have to come back at a certain date. And if you don't,

there's a warrant issue for your arrest. And that's what happened. So they pick him up and they he now goes into jail and what they do

in jail is they change of course you get into a jail suit. They take your clothes and they put in a

bag, put it away and you get into jail attire. Now here's what ended up happening. They found in his underwear, the corrections

officer, found in his underwear a small vial containing methamphetamine, and I'm reading

the report, under his penis penis and he denied ownership completely

unsure of how that package got in his underwear now the corrections officer noticed as he

came into prison that his junk if you will normally it just sits there and his junk was flopping so rapidly

that you could see the fabric sort of going up and down sideways and sideways at a very rapid rate.

Aha! There's something here. Yep, methamphetamine right under the penis. By the way, I'm reading this from the report. I'm not making this up and I'm not throwing words out either. All right. So now, he, of course, has been charged as the Indian River County Jail. Of course it is. In Florida. Of course it was. Oh, yes. So he disavowed knowledge of the

cylinder. Don't know how it got there. However, he did say that he believed it to contain

Advil pills. Very big problem. If you don't know how it got there and you don't know what it is, you don't say it's Advil.
