0:41.4	Kansas sophomore, Carlton Bragg.
0:43.1	You might remember Bragg was arrested last Friday and charged with battery
0:47.5	after an incident with his girlfriend.
0:49.2	She told police he hit her and pushed her downstairs.
0:52.6	They believed her after investigating, at least initially.
0:57.2	And they charged him with a crime.
0:58.9	He was charged with a misdemeanor.
1:00.1	He was charged with battery.
1:01.3	Then police subsequently investigated.
1:04.6	And they got video from the stairwell and it turns out the girlfriend was the

1:08.0	She was hitting him.
1:09.6	She seems to have initiated everything.
1:12.2	What the video shows according to police is that Bragg only pushed her to get
