Abdullah Abdullah. How is it going? You have escaped the Dubai traffic to make it home?

Yeah, I am better now that I'm at home and I've had some food videos.

I went from Dubai back home and the trip took me three hours by car

when it should really only take you 45 minutes. So it's a painful pro journey

but we made it in time for the podcast so I think that's all that matters.

Yeah they don't show you that when you know like the influences on Instagram putting their nice fix

up this is the reality. Abdullah's got the reality of that life.

Some good news I think to start the pod to chat through obviously the

FA Cup draw took place on Monday and we have finally got a non WSL team in the

FA Cup. We have been drawn at home to Crystal Palace, which I think is a bit of a relief really,

isn't it, given our schedule.

Oh yeah, I mean, I know there are no easy games in the schedule but I'm glad there's an easier

game to handle and no less at home so it's not like you have to travel anywhere you know

watch so I think all not like you have to travel anywhere, you know, watch.

So I think all things considered it was the best possible result.

And, you know, with the players that are going to leave and with kind of whatever

would be happening and then Sam Kerr's injury, you kind of whatever would be happening and then some

curse injury you kind of just want at least one or two

games where you can kind of just play a quote-unquote second 11

and just kind of going you're still likely to win the game so I think this kind of gives us that
