Start tying your confidence to

the staying committed to the small commitments that you said you're going to keep to yourself, not the results.

The more you do that, the result is going to be the byproduct.

Control the controllable.

Start making sure that you are kicking the damn door down and creating opportunities

and number three, last but not least make sure everybody on this call

understands that you have the absolute one hundred and capability to go get what is yours, right?

But it takes the steps to get there. Don't be obsessed with the result.

Be obsessed with the action that gets the result and the result would be a byproduct.

Those are my three things I think that they need to really focus on after this show.
