those. So enjoy. Bam! Building a strong team around you. You know, one of the things as entrepreneurs or leaders that we have is ego gets in the way. It's facts. Like, I'm guilty of it. I didn't start getting coaching to like three years ago. Like I was like, I don't need coaching. Right. And I didn't start hiring better people than me around me till four or five years ago. So you have to get to a point to where you have to know you're not great at everything

and you don't have to be great at everything.

You only have to be graded a couple things that you're passionate and you love,

that you surround yourself with people that are great at the things you're not,

and that you get coaching to help your great become elite and help your good get closer to great. But I'm a big

believer that if I have 10 hours in a day to spend, I'm going to spend almost all 10 of those

hours on whatever I'm great, try to get to elite, then I am to try to get good closer to great.

That's just me. I want to learn the other stuff, but I want to make the great greater, right? That's just how I operate. And I, that's what I believe in. And I think that when you, you know your strengths and everyone has different strengths. Some people can sell. Some people can, you know, run operations. Some people can do marketing. So people like, you have different strengths. One, two, three, four, five things that you're just great at. Then there's a handful you're good at. Then there's a bunch that it's like, you have no business doing. My advice is, is a, you got to put the ego to the side and realize that first. It's very important. And that's hard to do. But you have to because it's better for your business it's better for your

team it's better for everybody it's better for you like it's it's it's a weight lifted you don't have

to know all like it's not it doesn't have to be that way i have a control problem i'm still working on

with but i don't have a i know everything problem. Like there's things that I, Brian knows and Will know and Joe know and Joe. Like I don't know. Some of that's like, dude, I don't know that. That's you guys, right? I've realized that over time. I don't need to know everything. But the things that I'm great at, which is vision, right, which is execution, which is planning,
