It's just again getting back to some of these basics which I think are so so important and

using in this case someone else's trade that they did and just be or anybody else's trade that they did and just be or anybody else is not like I'm using someone in particular trade but a lot of people's trades that end up kind of blowing up in their face when we went through the recent kind of down move in the market.
