You guys, how crazy was Friday's little leader, the casey Anthony connection, the aunt that joined a cult just shocking, still waiting to find out if that last story's submission was regarding Adolfo Castanza's apartment, because I would lose my mind.

I feel like we just talked on Friday, so let's get straight to business. The case for this week's episode has been recommended a handful of times, and from beginning to end, it's a doozy, trust me.

1:48.0

The ending is just as shocking as the beginning, it gets weird, and we're going to just start right at the moita, so here's the deal. We'll paint the picture. It's July 14th, 1966, we are in the Jeffrey Mander neighborhood in Chicago at a townhouse that was used as a dormitory for student nurses.

2:07.0

It's 6 o'clock in the morning, a newer student nurse, Kora Amaro, crawls out from underneath a bed in one of the rooms.

2:15.0

She's terrified, hoping and praying that the events from the night before were just some horrific nightmare, but as she slowly creeps out of the bedroom, she sees the bloodshed. Her friends are dead.

2:27.0

Eight student nurses, aged 20 to 24, had been tied up, strangled, and brutally stabbed, right on the other side of the wall from her. What the fuck happened last night?

2:40.0

She walks out of the front door, grateful to see the daylight, and calls out for help, she's screaming. It doesn't take long for authorities to arrive.

2:48.0

Jack Walanda, a homicide detective, was one of them. He enters the townhouse, and recalls just seeing bloody bodies everywhere.

2:56.0

Quote, carnage, mayhem.

2:59.0

In the bedrooms, they find the bodies of seven women, strangled and stabbed repeatedly. In the living room, they find another body, meticulously tied up, showing signs of sexual assault.

3:10.0

The authorities were shocked. It was a combative time in Chicago, and crime was at an all-time high, but there wasn't anything quite like this. This seemed just like such a senseless massacre.

3:21.0

The first question is obvious, who could be responsible for such a lethargic killing spree? Did they have? Boyfriends was an angry boyfriend, I mean, who would do this?

3:30.0

And right away, they know that this had to have been two to three perpetrators minimum. They're all thinking this. I mean, eight grown women murdered. And Quora was the only witness.

3:40.0

Quora was in hysterics. I mean, who wouldn't be? But there was no time to waste. She was the sole survivor, a real-life, final girl, and police started questioning her at the hospital immediately.

3:50.0

What happened? What did you see? Do you know who did this?

3:54.0

She was overwhelmed. She'd only just moved to Chicago two months prior from the Philippines. She was a new student, and she was a shy girl who mostly kept to herself.
