So today, Katie and I are going to be discussing some various mistakes that we've made in the past,

and some of these are pretty recent. Some of these are ancient history in our long marriage,

and some of them we're trying to prevent right now in the moment.

And we kind of have, we've informally developed some guidelines in response to some of our past mistakes

that we are integrating right now as we, as literally as I speak right now,

these have been integrated into our life.

And we're going to share what those parameters are, what those tools are that we use,

and kind of some thought exercises and filters we use before making decisions that could very well,

well, they're big decisions, and so they could have, they're going to have big ramifications and consequences,

and we want to keep those consequences from being negative, and those ramifications from being negative ramifications.
