Don't wait too long to invest. I mean don't sit around waiting and thinking about it too much just invest your money make your money work for you.

My other advice is to know yourself, know who you are and know what you're comfortable with.

I mean, if you're not going to be able to kick the person out who doesn't pay rent,

or you don't want to pay somebody to manage your property, then don't do real estate.
