It's all about learning the most effective series of postures specifically designed for runners who in general

are primarily interested in yoga, the benefits of yoga, how that can come

into their running. So you know some yoga teachers they'll tell you that in order to practice yoga you need to stop running. So, you know, some yoga teachers, they'll tell you that in order to practice yoga, you need to stop running.

You need to stop lifting weights. You need to stop any kind of strength training at all.

And my opinion is that this is really

advice and you know if you love some other form of exercise other than yoga you should really never stop because it's so rare to love physical activity that you should really embrace that and yoga is great
