Those are the three fundamental things I look at which is connection, talk, time and appointments as like some metrics of saying like hey what's is is are they being efficient with their time ultimately and that's what's really important because if we can't get them as agents and to you guys agents if you can't get to your next deal you can't survive in this business for 30 more days.

I studied computer science and I worked in technology or IT, just basic IT work out of college for a company called Hard Rock International.

So I worked there for three years.
