I'm Gabby Reese and welcome to the show.

My guest today is Jim Quick with a K

and he has a new book out called Limitless. I know I would like to be Limitless. Some of you know

Jim as a brain and memory coach, but I can say it's so much more. And it's interesting because he's very organized in his

communication in the way he puts out information and so when I went to do my research for

this I realize that this book that he has, Limitless, is his first book.

And it's a bit like an active work book.

There's also the audio book, which I did both, and at the end of the audiobook there's sort of chats and they also will give you online resources

You think a guy like this just breezed through it the whole time, but he had an accident when he was very young and kind of hurt his head and hurt his ability to learn and in an effort to protect him one day when some kids were giving him a hard time in school,

the teacher said to him, no, he's the boy with a broken brain.

And so Jim really figured out a way and felt it so important to share everything he learned, which is a lot,

with everyone to make it easier and better for them.

I always feel honored to get the chance to spend just even a window of time with people and I felt so fortunate that Jim came to my house and spend that time with me because you also realize he's an introvert.

His passion for his mission is greater than even his

somewhat slight discomfort with being around tons and tons of people. I hope you
