This is the podcast where we're reliving the American Girl series, book by book.

I'm Allison.

And we're excited to dive into, I guess, like the first of some episodes we might do

on different eras in nostalgia and we're diving into forties nostalgia this episode

and answering some of your questions.

But first, I think we want to talk about, you know, a book that we're excited to share

with people in the not-too-distant future.

This is a book that should be on Dad Book Tables around the country in time for Father's

Day.

Sadly, it will come out a few months after that, but I think it is a book that you will find

on your holiday list, I hope.

Very exciting.

Our book is coming out November 7th.

It's also called Dolls of Our Lives, where we can't quit American Girl.

It's part history, part travel memoir, part really history of a generation of people

for whom American Girl meant something was meaningful.

There is a molly on the cover.

So if you find molly polarizing, that cover can come off.

So like you will be safe even if like she's not in the hula outfit.
