episode 115. Today Jason Lingerin is with me and the living man from

Scotland, Robert Sproul.

This is an interesting, interesting episode.

There's a bit of a language barrier for some people

who can't deal with a Scottish accent.

I could understand everything Rob said, but I imagine some people have difficulty with

accents so I will be making a transcript and providing it free because I think this

episode's important. What it comes down to is do living men and women have rights?

Do living men and women have a right to common law?

I would suggest that probably yes they do.

This whole thing seems like it's kind of in its infancy like it's

being rediscovered again and there were plenty of times during this episode when I

wasn't even sure what the right question to ask or how to ask it was. But nonetheless what we're witnessing here

is a common law court by living human beings has been established in Scotland.

And it's an example. We can look at these things. We can see what the outcomes are. We can see how it's conducted.
