| 1:03.0 | anxiety and we think of the goal of a dream life that we'd like to have or be the person. So the analogy I've always said because it's so |
| 1:13.0 | obvious to be painted into our minds is if you wanted to be like a celebrity, there's going to be |
| 1:18.6 | lots of drawbacks to being a celebrity. More money, more taxes, fake friends, expectations, |
| 1:26.0 | lack of privacy, many, many things, new friends who are taking advantage, |
| 1:31.5 | the need to be continued relevant, like there's so many potential negatives. But as I said, |
| 1:38.8 | that's not really the real problem. Because for any goal or outcome, there is going to be a negative to it. |
| 1:48.6 | Even a similar thing is like being in a relationship. You might go, yeah, I really want to be in a |
| 1:52.8 | relationship. But of course, you have to sacrifice elements of yourself and your life in order to be in a relationship, whether that be through time, |
| 2:05.1 | whether that be having to help, despite the relationship being great, there's going to be a sacrifice. |
| 2:12.5 | If you want to get healthy, there's going to be sacrifices and drawbacks, maybe having a clean diet, maybe walking out, all of those things, buying new clothes. |
| 2:21.3 | And then even people reacting to you differently because you've changed your physical appearance. |
| 2:27.3 | So this power talk is going to go on three different kind of levels when it comes to the grandest scheme of potential |
| 2:37.5 | negatives. Now, it's important to know these because your unconscious mind is having them anyway. |
| 2:45.1 | Regardless of what you think, your unconscious mind will be repeating stories, beliefs, ideas, other people's opinions, |
| 2:56.1 | deep beneath the surface and it'll be just showing up into your reality or your actions |
