And I know it's kind of a tender thing to talk about because we hear that phrase all the time, feel your feelings,

feel it to heal it. But I wonder if when you hear that, you actually pay attention to it and

acknowledge your feelings, or does hearing that bring up some resistance?

It's about lightning the load that you've been carrying, maybe without even realizing it.

Yeah, unseen weight that we carry can be our feelings. They can be heavy. And most of us don't

learn this early on, that when we don't allow ourselves to feel our feelings, those emotions

don't just disappear. They get tucked away. They go into the unconscious.

They go into the body. And they start to take up space. We may not even realize it's happening.
