1:35.0	It is getting more and more challenging to find people who actually can support their

1:50.7	And you aren't looking at all sides of something or as many sides as you can and you can't
1:55.7	support your own thoughts and your opinions.
1:59.2	It's very hard to speak them because there's a lack of confidence in them.
2:04.2	Because deep down you kind of know that there's gaps in your information, there's gaps in
2:09.3	your knowledge.
2:10.5	There's things that are missing and somebody can just literally come up to you and shred
2:14.8	all of your ideas very easily if they are a critical thinker.
