Thanks for having me, Don. It is our pleasure. Bradley, are you using your talents doing work that you

love? Well, I sure hope so. You're going to do that whole story in depth because you've got an

amazing story. A few words about Bradley Sherman. He's an expert on demographic change and how

it disrupts social, cultural, political, and economic norms. His deep understanding of

population shifts, coupled with his grasp of emerging trends, makes him an authoritative

voice on the future of the world. He's the author of the Super Age decoding our demographic

destiny and the founder and CEO of the global research and advisory firm, The Superage. He's

written for Newsweek, been quoted by the Wall Street Journal,

New York Times, and USA Today, appeared on CBS News and NBC's Today Show, and as a guest on

podcast, radio shows, and television shows in the U.S. and around the world. Well, you've got an

amazing story to share, and we'll look forward to diving in. But before we get into your backstory, just take a minute or so and tell us the projects you're working on right now that have you excited and motivated.

I think the biggest thing that I'm super excited about today is that over the course of the past year, and really is a revelation that came from writing the super age, was that there's a pretty significant hole in the marketplace around design,

and in particular, inclusive design, making sure that space in our built environment can work for the maximum number of people.

So over the course of the past year, we've developed in collaboration with Georgetown University, the National Council on Aging, Alzheimer's Association,

diversability, this set of standards that we call super age-inclusive design that offers a blueprint

for individuals and organizations to rethink the space that they're living and working in
