but I hope you all are having a nice Thanksgiving and or Black Friday.

For those of you not in the United States, we hope you're enjoying your November.

But we wanted to re-air an episode just to kind of get you all through the holidays.

when she was doing some consulting based on emotional intelligence and self-compassion and it's just such a wonderful episode and you know the holidays can be a really

wonderful time but for a lot of us especially kind of independent creatives who are

chasing that dream when it gets hard the holidays can be kind of tricky.
