Speaking of books, oh my goodness, I was up until three o'clock in the morning last night.

Well, morning, night? I was up till three. Just feverishly typing away a bit a certain French lady from history, and I, I couldn't stop.

I just was so, like, engrossed in it that I just could not stop pluckety-placking

on those keys, right? And so today, I was so tired, I was so bloody tired. And it's also the

reason that I didn't have an episode last week. I was just exhausted from everything, from research and

deadlines and I'm trying to do my best to get everything. But it's also the reason why I've

sort of stayed sort of close to home this summer, why I'm not really doing too many gigs out

and about. But I am, just so you know, doing a local

gig. I know, because I've had people asking, when are you going to come down home and do a show,

when you're going to do something and done a go? And well, delicious friends, I'm coming to letter

Kenny, which is like the biggest town in the county.

So yeah, in Letterkenny, I'm in Burrito Local. We're doing it after hours.

Ooh, it's cool now. Not that Brito Local isn't cool. They do the best, like spicy chicken.

Like, do they do this chicken? it is so good and they do this little

seasoning on the fries like I swear it's so uh yeah no I have to go get more actually I'm gonna go

have more soon because it's so nice but yeah I'm doing a show there on August 16th it's a Friday

and it's the doors open a half nine, and then the show

probably start like 15, 20 minutes after that, you know, nothing too bad. And I have a special

guest host, the creator of Manny Man and Manning Man's History of Ireland, Mr. John D. Ruddy.

And oh my God, I was looking at the poster that I made because I was like, send me a promo shot.
