understand. And as much as I wish that I could speak more on that, and of course I can do research

and educate myself as much as possible, I don't think it would be right for me to try to talk about it as if I'm an

expert. So I do have a book recommendation if that's you, if you're living in a marginalized

body, whether that's a bigger body or you're a person of color, or you just feel like you

don't really, really, really don't fit into the beauty standard.

And it's perhaps not all in your head, but rather a big part of it is external societal forces

that are quite literally making you feel like shit.
