take your actions and so forth. Quick story. Three months ago I'm in the hot tub reading personality

isn't permanent. And he talks a lot about this, allowing your future self to pull you forward,

right? Making those decisions, taking those actions through the filter of your future self. And I

left out of my hot tub and I went into my kitchen, opened up the pantry and I got rid of all my sweets

because I love sweets. I don't have a terrible diet by any means, but I love these from sweets. And I

was, you know, for as much exercising as I was doing, I just wasn't as lean as I should have been.

I'm like, damn, what is all this extra fat doing here? I was trying to out exercise a not quite

ideal diet. So I throw all that stuff away. And from then on, the question in my mind is,
