I love it when it's Monday and we're back to doing this and I'm very grateful for you

for being here. Thank you very much for taking the time to be here with us, whether

it's a Monday afternoon or a Tuesday morning where you are or maybe it's a Monday night

wherever you are. We're just awful happy that you are here. We got a very good show

for you. Second hour, Dr. Ray Garendi will be here and I don't think he has a new book

out and every time he's on, he says, you're only having on when I have a new book out and

I don't think he does this time. So I think we'll see. He probably does. We'll get here

and he'll let us know. But we're going to talk about marriage. We talked to Ray Garendi

the second hour and we're very much looking forward to that. This is how we're going to talk

about the Eucharist. You know, we've got all the Eucharistic work going on here in the

United States and around the world and the Catholic Church, trying to, at the very least,

get people to know what the Eucharist is and what the Church teaches about the Eucharist

so that they can at least begin to reflect for themselves whether or not they will accept

that teaching. But we're going to talk about the Eucharists a little bit differently.

This hour, we're going to talk about the Eucharist and the epidemic of loneliness and what

it means to be connected to the Eucharist and connected to one another and to help us

do that is we have Simone Riscala here with us, you know, Simone. She's the director

of Program Growth at Endow Groups, which is a group that works with women and teaches

women and has encourages conversations among women about the teaching documents of the

Church. She's, she got her graduate degree in Theological Studies from Christendom College.

And I just selected some things I've never said about you on the air before Simone. She's

also a Witherspoon John J. Institute Fellow and an act and an act in Institute Fellow. Simone
