Jason Lingren with me today. We're going to be laying down a lot of information about the idea of natural law, common law, some

admiralty law, but in the second hour we're even going to push it up into banking.

And the reason for that is is because there's no separating the idea of what a bank is in the

modern era from what the idea of a court is.

As a matter of fact, in the second hour, Jason brought brought this definition words have meaning to the table.

Here's the definition of a bank from Black's Law Dictionary a bank a bench or a

seat the bench of justice, the bench or tribunal occupied by the judges, the

seat of judgment, a court.

That is the definition for B-A-N-K bank, and then it is pointed out that B-A-N-C would refer more tightly with common law,

but I can't even recall the word B-A C being written in front of me for as long as I can remember.

We see B A N K, we equate that with monetary institutions, but here the definition, the legal definition I just read, it's indistinguishable

from a court of law.

What we're seeking to do here is further the information base until we can get another

expert guest in, hopefully this next time around, where we can get another expert guest in hopefully this next time around where we can finally hopefully try to find some remedies for those times when we may find ourselves pulled before the magistrate.

There has to be remedies out there that we can put

confidence behind instead of finding ourselves in a court and feeling like we're
