Summary
In this episode, Simon Sinek tells us that we are more than our insecurities and reminds us not to let our capabilities and talents be overshadowed by things that impede our growth.
According to Simon Sinek, there are instances where we focus too much on what we don't have rather than cultivating what we already have or what we're good at.
Simon is telling us that we are unique and special in our own ways, thus accept and embrace our strengths, cultivate and harness them even more. And that the only competition that should exist is between you and who you were yesterday.
Ultimately, to define is to limit so you can either choose to be defined by limitations and expectations, or you can choose to be limitless.
