is a kind of cool one because it's going to lead us into the following episodes, which is going to be a hypnotic meditation.

It's going to be a day hypnosis, a sleep one and a four hour sleep one. And I really believe there's going to be incredibly

powerful for you in every single way. And what it's really about is a sentence that came to me.

And it's one that I try to live by. When I'm doing my hypnosis sessions, when I'm doing the

podcast, when I'm doing work on the app, when I'm doing the podcast, when I'm doing work on the app,

when I'm working my clients and people within my program, it all comes down to this mindset

of mine.

It's like a higher mission, vision and ambition, but I try to live up to.

And the words are very powerful.

I said, they came to me. So I don't, it's always

me my quote, but it is something even more than that. And it's a bit out there. But let's go

ahead and kind of break it down. In fact, I went a little bit crazy. When I was in Thailand,

I actually got a tattoo of this in Sanskrit because it's something that is so meaningful to me.

So what is this quote?

Well, ultimately it is to enlighten the illusionary darkness for there is only love.

I'm the everlasting moment of oneness.

I am love.

So yes, it's very big in the intention behind it.

And the reason why I want to do this power talk is to kind of break it down so you have

the conscious understanding.
