Hello, and welcome to Cattle Gansers Live. I am Psy Killett, your host. Thanks so much for

being here with us. And it's a great pleasure to get to be with you, and we have quite

a special show for you today. I mean, it's special. It's always special when Trent Horn is here

in second hour. Trent Horn will be here, and we'll do open forum with Trent and you can ask him

anything that you want to ask him. But sometimes people ask us, why do you stay in California? Why

are you a Catholic, a possible in California? Why don't you move to a state that's more welcoming

to Catholics? And you know, maybe we will someday. I don't know, but the truth is we're not persecuted

here in California. We're, you know, it's not a Catholic-friendly state or Christian-friendly,

in particular, in its government governance, but we're not in any way persecuted. But like you,

we are increasingly concerned about our persecuted brother and sister Catholics

all around the world. There are people facing real persecution for their Catholic faith in China,

in North Korea, in Nicaragua, Nigeria, and many other places. Too many other places. It can be

there can be a great deal of pressure on Catholics for practicing their faith in places around

the world. So we want to do a tend to that a little bit because, frankly, you don't hear about

this on the evening news. It doesn't make the evening news except in the most extreme cases,

and that's very unfortunate because that takes the suffering of our fellow Catholics and turns

into something that, well, disappears. It is not known and it's not valued, but we need to know it.

And then what I hope will be kind of a series that we'll do here, maybe an occasional look in

to various places around the world. We wanted to spend some time considering Nigeria today.
