I guess the key really was outsourcing. I started to outsource a little bit at a time and having, you know, phenomenal support and people at the office and office managers and marketing people and just try to let go of all that control. Because I think that's a really difficult thing to do as a single agent is to let things go.

So the question is this.

I'm psyched to have you on man. it's always great to connect with guys who were

listeners or our listeners and end up kind of working their way into actually being on the

podcast kind of like I did too so so yeah I'm gonna I don't know if I can even set the stage to explain kind of who you are and what you've been doing. But Matt why don't you want you tell the folks who you are where you're at and what you do? Yeah, so Matt Woody andover, Massachusetts and I've been teaching full-time math slash business

slash real estate courses since 1999 and decided to jump into real estate in 2012 and I've been doing

full-time real estate and full-time teaching since.

Wow yeah that's that's impressive I, let's be honest, a lot of us, you know, real estate

professionals out there is hard enough for us to do real estate normally, right?

How the heck do you balance up being able to do basically two full-time jobs?

Yeah, I don't know. It's certainly take a life of its own. I started as a single agent and I was pretty excited when I got my first

commission check for $7,500 and I thought I was rich and it was a great thing and

slowly but surely things kind escalated, and I ended up starting a team more out of necessity.
