been well to say that it's Keynesianism is to understate the matter.

It's been all government for decades and underneath that is the power of the unions,

power of the government that was attached to the old ways, the Peronistas, and also the poverty in Argentina that was depending upon handouts from the central government.

All of that has hit a wall. The headline from
