If you have something that works consistently for a set period of time and then it doesn't work, there's a problem.

And the reasons why it doesn't work are vague, unclear, all over the place.

It could be anything, but then all of a sudden it works again when you upgrade,

and then it decides not to work. Like, that's the problem we're having with Skype. And

the problem was unique to myself. We had this weird problem where I couldn't hear the guys,

but they could hear me.
