Today, I've got some evidence to back up why I'm so into automatic stuff, automatic savings, automatic patterns where it's just part

of what you do that every single day you do this, this, this, and this. Routine, building good habits, makes a difference in life.

And I want to talk about automatic enrollment

in savings accounts, retirement accounts,

anything like that that creates really positive habits

in your life and will change your life.

So a lot of people get to a point where they're like, I'm tired of working. I want to bag it.

And you don't have enough money saved to retire today, but there's an alternative people are grabbing on to.

I'm hearing more and more.

That's retiring overseas.

We're going to talk about that later,

because we're the ups and downs of doing that. We'll talk that through.

So my employees in the company, I automatically enroll, you may have heard me say this before,

but I'm just to say briefly, I automatically

enroll them in our 401k. And then I match dollar for dollar, the first six or seven percent of what they make.

I always forget if I do six or seven.

Anyway, our participation rate has been virtually 100 percent

through the history of the company.
