I'm doing great, Dave. Thanks for having me. Yeah, this is so great that we can chat. I wanted to

first ask, how did you find my channel? Were you a member of the Bachelor crowd or through

social media? Yeah, so I'm a Bachelor fan, naturally gravitated towards you. I was one of those people

that was breastfeeding while watching one of your videos, you know? Oh, no way. Yes, you got me through a lot.

So you're actually one of my heroes and I'm really inspired by you. Oh, stop. Well, thank you.

I'm dead serious. I'm such a hero here talking on YouTube while people

impress me. I have to say, now that I've got a six-month-old, I can now see how much of a full-time

job that must be with my wife. I can't even imagine the amount of effort that goes into that.

Yes. Yeah, it's a lot. And, you know, it's a lot of time by yourself.

Isolated. If you're at a party, you got to go in the other room or something. But so, yeah.

So you, you're a veteran. Thank you for your service. I wanted to get into the workbook you wrote

in the work that you're doing.

You're a millennial.

You're, you know, being, we're at that age, millennials where we're kind of getting older.
