We're having a, the show's fighting sick, you know, that's, uh, the show is, it's been limping lately and, uh, to Brett's credit has been shown up. But Brett is by his father's side and we're going to hear some news on that. I don't know when, but soon.

So Brett's been playing hurt for a while.

And today he is not with us, and we're thinking about the kid.

And he's just, he's been a breath of fresh air in this room for a long time.

So hopefully Brett and his family are doing what they need to do at this time. It's not a fun time for them. So Brett, we're thinking, anybody. I'm hoping that you're all okay with everything that's going on. That's no fun. No fun at all. Get that text last night. Basically saying Brett's not going to come in. We'll discuss this at another time've known what's been going on. His dad's been sick for a while. Especially with everything. The looming is just, and it's going to happen. It's one of those, yeah. Everybody's just saying, just wait. Here it comes. And it's brutal. So Brett's in our thoughts for sure this morning because, and it kind of brings this whole thing down. But we'll do our best. We'll get right through it. But Brett's been doing a pretty amazing job knowing that every day leaving this room, he had to go home to make sure that it's a little bit less every day. And to his dad, who's just an awesome guy. I hope maybe he's listening right now and say, Hey, Kirk. How are you doing? And that's just the way things go. It's, uh, it's also, uh, depressing a day here in Arizona because whatever the hell that thing was there for the Cardinals yesterday, everybody's going to be grouching. It was a, that was a grouch-filled game. My Steelers laid an egg last night. I don't care about that, but you watch that Cardinals game. I checked, I didn't even pay attention to any of the beginning of the game. I left for what felt like about eight or nine minutes and came back and it was 28 to nothing. It got away fast. It got away really fast. And I understood the 14 nothing. There was a touchdown, then a fumble touchdown. And you're like, all right. I get that 14 nothing. You can come back from that. It's early. I literally left the room for eight minutes. Came back in, looked at the school, like, wait a minute, that can be right. That can't have happened.

Who, by the way, hates the Cardinals. Hates the Cardinals fashionally as a Seahawks fan. They are my Ravens. They're your Ravens. I hate him so much. Why? They're non-competitive. That's part of it. every time they get chirpy like their fans here are real chirpy? Aren't they more your browns?
