wild what I'm about to share with you. But first, Justin Baldoni misses deadline to revive

$400 million lawsuit against Blake lively, as reported by Rolling Stone. A judge dismissed a lawsuit in June, and Baldoni and his fellow producers behind,

it ends with us, never filed an amended complaint or appeal,

leading to a final judgment closing the case on Friday.

This, of course, was a story that came out yesterday.

Now, as far as I know, that's it, as far as Baldoni going after Blake

Lively. He's, of course, on the defensive from her claims. Maybe he feels like he has a stronger

case defending himself, of course, suing someone for defamation as a very high threshold.

And his suit was thrown out, I think specifically because Blake Lively's claims that she made, she did so

in a civil complaint, which is like a protected area where you can make those claims. She didn't

just like send it to Medium.com or something. But either way, I'm waiting to hear what the experts

have to say about that. Now, what's interesting, there's two, there's two bombshell things,

but the first one is right here we have more sanctions from Blake Lively's side. She wants to

sanction Melissa Nathan. She's coming after all the ladies. This is what makes this case interesting.
