Today we're talking about Model 3 Vins

and Tesla's growth rate over the next five years.

Tesla stock on Friday closed up 2.28% to $306.9 cents

as compared to the NasDAQ up 0.74 percent.

On the week, Tesla closed down 4.77 percent compared to the NASDAQ up 0.94 percent.

But as late in the week as Thursday, Tesla was actually down 8%.

So a nice little recovery on Friday.

Supercharger network update fits with the theme of Tesla for the weekend.

It was pretty quiet.

We did not have any supercharger updates either,

so we were still at 1,000 and 41 supercharging locations

One exciting piece of news that we did get this weekend is a new highest Vin has been spotted for model three Vin number 869 was spotted near Fremont.

Previously the high VIN was 531, so this is a pretty big increase.

That VIN number 531 had held the highest spot for quite a while,

so it's nice to see now finally some progress happening on the model 3 vin front

Because I don't think we really saw any movement on that for almost the entire month of October

As always when we talk about vins they are not a clear indicator of the number of vehicles

that have been delivered, so this is not a sign that 869 model 3s have been delivered,

but it is a sign that probably no more than that have been delivered.

So I think they do a pretty good job of establishing the ceiling.
