Albert Greenwood Brown Jr. was born on August 18, 1954, and grew up in Tulare, California.

He was raised by a strict father who found it extremely important that his children go to college.

His dreams for his son were dashed when Albert was expelled just before his 1972 graduation

for accidentally firing a gun he brought to school and grazing another

student in the head. He joined the U.S. Marine Corps soon after, but was court-martialed and discharged

in 1975 for being absent without leave. He moved to Riverside, California to live with his divorced mother.

Soon thereafter, he was charged with brutally raping and impregnating an 11-year-old girl.

The girl stated that Albert told her that since he was a black man and she was a black girl,

she was, quote, in need of a feeding.

This was when he forced her to perform oral sex, but where Albert violently raped, choked,

and then sodomized her. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to two years probation.
